To help Native organizations determine if starting an IDA program is appropriate for their community, the Native IDA Initiative will feature a series of one- to two-hour introductory sessions which will provide an overview of the benefits and resource and time requirements of starting a program.  It is highly recommended that participants attend the introductory session before attending the more comprehensive training.
